I read a book called "The Pact."
Its about African American Guys who grew up in Newark, near harlem. Its really great, because I never really thought about the trials and tribulations people went through. I always thought that doing stuff like selling drugs was a choice, but now I see that some people felt like it was their only option. Its really a motivational story, because, number 1, its a true story, and number 2, they all grew up to be doctors, even though they faced hardships.

Does anyone like the Chronicles of Narnia? I think they're great! If you've only read The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe read The Magicians Nephew! It explains all of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and it will make the story a hundred times better.

I've tried to read The Chronicles of Narnia, but I never had a chance to finish the first book. I might go see the movie, though.

Whenever you can - read it! If you like Harry Potter (Do you like that Harry Potter? LOL!) you should like Chronicles Of Narnia. I want to see the movie too.

I LOVED A Walk to Remember, and the Notebook was really good. I was so glad when both were turned into movies. Even though the Walk To Remember movie was more modern, it was really good, and they did a great job of making the Notebook movie like the book!

Yes! I LOVED THE NOTEBOOK! The beginning was totally awesome. And I loved the book, A Walk to Remember. My favorite book by Nicholas Sparks ... I think would be "The Guardian". But all of them are really good!

um.. well i'm actually more of a Fantasy/Sci-Fi reader instead of a love story one.. but..i don't remember who asked about the Redwall series.. but HECK YES! i read all of those for a while..but i haven't read any of his recent ones..because i kind of grew out of the series.. and for the life of me i can't remember the author.. but has anyone ever read the Magic Treehouse Series? they're a realy great childrens book series about this brother and sister who have this tree house that takes them all over the world, through time...all this stuff. it's great. Chronicles of Narnia. read them all, own them all. my favorite is the Horse and his Boy i dunno..i can't find many who liked that one much..but i really enjoyed it... and if you like sci-fi/fantasy weird twist books.. i recommend the 'View from the Mirror' series by Ian Irvine. they're kind of bizarre..but you really get into them.. they're definitely not a children's read though..they're a bit too confusing for anyone under about highschool. yeah.. i'll just stop talking, because i could talk about books all day.. they're my favorite past time
