Ok....this doesnt have to do with school very much but here goes. I am so out of shape it's not even funny but i'm not taking P.E. because I have no room for it in my schedule and I have no other time to exercise. Does anyone know of any exercises to do that dont take much time. Like maybe I can do on my many breaks from homework?

i know one... it really gets your legs in shape..
whenevr you're watching tv or just standing around talking..do up downs.. like.. push onto the pads of your feet and then go down..and do it over and over..it doesn't sound like a workout but after a while your legs really start to burn lol.
oh..and mal and i are going to start probably going to TJCool on Tues. and Thurs. to work out if you'd like to join us

I try to keep fit by going daily rto the gym but when I can't go into the gym everydyay because of my busy schedule, I ndance. Even for 10-15 minutes, andy dance at a moderate pace or fast pace, will definitely get your body working and as long as you do it for about 15 minutes or more a day, your good. And not only does exersize help you stay in shpe, but you MUST eat healthy, meaning NO JUNK FOOD , especially if you can't find time to exersize daily. I suggest exersize daily even if it is only for a good 15 minutes (i do an hour or more a day) drink water and eat every 5 hours even if your not too hungry by then, it will keep you in shape, trust me, and dont forget to eat lots of fruits and veggies and chicken . Rule #1 : Don't eat anything WHITE. Meaning the top 8 most unhealthy things: Milk, Ice Cream, Salt, Sugar, Cheese, White Bread, Rice, Pasta
Good Luck, for any more health and exersize tips just PM me

Well, you can always do crunches for your abs. I started with five crunches with my feet on the ground, five with my legs at a right angle, five with my legs straight in the air, five with my legs at a right angle, and five with feet on the ground. Slowly, I've been adding on about two more each week. I usually do these during commercial breaks or when I'm bored. You could also do these leg lift things. Start on your side with one arm propping your head and the other keeping balance on the floor. Stick your leg out straight in front of you and hold for one count, then bring your leg straight behind you and hold for one count, bend your knee (leg is kind of like a 90ยบ angle) then bring it back straight. Repeat eight times on that leg then roll over and do the same on the other leg. When you're done with that roll onto your back and lift one leg hold it for two counts, bring it back down and rest for one count, then lift the other and hold for two counts, bring it down again. Do that around eight times as well. I don't have a dieting philosophy or anything but- try to eat smaller portions, only eat when you're hungry (not just because you're expected to or you're bored), stop eating when you're full (even if the plate still has food on it), and eat slowly. I hope that helped some

Hmm...
I'm not taking P.E. this semester, but I do gymnastics and hula. I guess they help, considering that I eat a TON, but I don't think it shows. If you have time, try running. Or jogging. Or walking...
I think skating works...I'm not exactly sure.
If you can, make meals in advance, so you have more time to do your homework, and with your extra time, exercise! For weekends, try and do all your homework on Friday night, then the weekend will be free to work out.
My friend eats the equivalent of a cow and a horse every day, and she's exercising like, 7 days a week. She skis Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, and she goes to the gym all the other days. She's tiny...very tiny. I'm not saying that you should give up your life to go ski, just try working out at any chance you get.
Run up and down stairs for 10 minutes. My dad had to run stairs for like, 20 minutes at the gym, and it's this like, 3 story gym.
Hopefully my advice works!
