Howz about a game called "things the characters would never say"...basically, you think of things the characters woud never say! They are intended to be funny EXAMPLE(a corny one at that!!): Draco: Muggles are friends! Lord Voldemort: Harry...I am your father! Hermione: failed another test. Oh well.

Oh wow- I really love that idea.
Ok, here's one idea I like.
A quote game... not like- look at the picture and talk for them, but a person throws a quote out there, preferably an inconspicuous one, and the first one must be from the first book. Someone guesses who said it. If they get it right, then they must use a quote from the second book... and the books keep going up with the quotes... from 1 to 6, as the the spoiler ban will probably be lifted soon... that way quotes are limited and they're not all from the same scenes, and you can't have just watched the movies to do it.

when you get to 6, do you start over at one? (this isn't a bad idea, i'll probably use this one too! )

Yup! And then you just keep going through... and maybe there could be a rule like, you can't use the same character through a round... like, if someone uses a quote from Snape for book one, Snape's lines can't be used again until the series count starts over. That way we have to know about more than our favorite characters, and it can't turn into a "fav lines from character" type of game...

Hm...How about, like we start off with a word. Then the next person has to think of something that is related to that word?

How about a word association game? Or a one word story? Each person posts a new word to the story

The one word story would get way too confusing and it wouldn't sound very good..
The one about starting off with a word, elaborate more on your idea. I don't know exactly what you're talking about.

Well the word association is like, I post "door" whatever pops into the next persons head when they see door is what they post so maybe "house" and then from house whatever the next person thinks of "live" or something. I also thought about a Guess that Song, where someone posts a few lyrics to a song and the next person has to guess, or a tagline game, someone posts a Tagline to movie and you have to guess the movie. I don't know! Just some random ideas

That was what I had suggested, etherealdawn - -;;;....but yeah, you start off with, let's say:
Person 1: Harry Potter Person 2: Wizard Person 3: Witches Person 4: Hermione etc.

i'm not particulary fond of that idea, BUT i suggest that when the time comes, we set up a poll to see how many people would actually play before we started the game. does that sound all right?
